911 Restoration of Madison responded quickly when we noticed major water damage on multiple stories of our house due to an ice dam. Becky was communicative, professional, and pleasant to work with. Tony and his crew came out multiple times and were always prompt and friendly. Working with 911 Restoration felt like dealing with people who cared first and foremost about helping us, rather than some big, impersonal, corporate service looking to make a buck.

We used the services of 911 Restoration to decontaminate our office after an employee experienced a positive case of COVID-19 and had been exposed to most of our employees. We needed to take immediate action. The service and staff were prompt, on time, courteous, and efficient. The cost for the service was less than we expected so it's also a great value.
